Default Borla 300 bodies balancing

I am balancing the throttle bodies and found that one of the bodies has a different reading between the two air horns on the body. Does anybody know if it's possible to adjust between the two by slackening the Alan screws on the shaft or by some other method. I haven't tried doing them yet as I don't like to tamper unless I know what I'm getting into.

Also, Borla show mesh integral with their air horns. The ones I received from TWM around 5 years ago have no mesh screen and as the under hood clearance is limited I would like to try and add the screen between the throttle body and the air horn. Has anybody done this and if so, what micron mesh should be used taking into account the amount of air space that needs to remain. Alternatively I would use a 25 mm air horn as I have some mesh screen that fit over the top that I got from PWM at the time. However it seems that Borla only do 35mm as a minimum. Again does anybody know who manufactures 25 mm (or less) polished air horns that will fit.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Mike
