You might struggle with the webber equipped 427. The motor will need to meet current emissions rules to pass and that motor won't no matter what you do to it.

A little birdy told me that is how some unscrupulous person got a certain engine passed.........
Recommendation is that you do it legally because if one idiot brings down the whole industry because of an overstated ego then that would be uncool..... Regardless of how cool the engine is......
