I was on the NSW RMS website the other day and there was a note on the registration page saying that a review of the conditional scheme has been undertaken and a paper produced making recommendations for improvement. Yes, is the answer from what I got from our car club meeting a couple of weeks ago, they are going to trial a scheme like vic, as in 45 or 90 day log book system. also it will be more expensive than the current system as well.
