Or hang two ping pong balls from the ceiling with fishing line, roughly 4-6 feet apart, and align them with the driver's side hood latch when the car is on the ramp (but still hanging above the windscreen). You can then use the two balls and the hood latch like a gun sight and you will be within an inch of center on the ramp every single time and without requiring someone else to help you.
