427W all the way. Coyote has nothing down low and that is where you want your power. Specially on the street. No good having something you have to rev the crap out of to get performance unless you are on the track.
And in my opinion, if you go a forced induction engines, they don't have the same raw, aggressive feel as a tough aspirated engine. Sure, they produce great power but it just isn't the same! I'm not a fan.
If your 427W has a good EFI/ignition setup, it will be easy to live with too.
PS. Steer clear of solid cams if you want low maintenance.
