727 is a Chrysler trans.
As far as a manual goes, I suppose you first need to figure out what the bell housing pattern is.
Could be small block, could be big block, or there may be another pattern they use?
Once you know bell housing pattern, then you can figure out conversion kits.
I know a few Chrysler guys who have fitted T56 in place of a 727, but this required major floor mods to trans tunnel.
