I was going by his weight at time of death which was 128 lbs. When filming the Big Boss, he only weighed 124 lbs. Most of his movies he was at a buck thirty. At times did he weigh more, absolutely. I remember when he had gained a bunch of weight from weightlifting and didn't like how it impacted his speed and movement.
I don't think anyone can doubt he was all muscle and sinew. How healthy it is to try and maintain that low % of body fat all the time is another topic (at least that's my excuse
