After all, if you own one of these cars, you better know or learn how to turn a wrench or have a tow truck as a second car and a mechanic on retainer.

I bought the first VW Rabbit sold in our area February 18, 1975 - a California spec car in Canada. That car made me feel like I had a mechanic on retainer - and it wasn't fun. The Cobra is WAY more fun - even when I'm working on it.
