I went with new seats after a while because of no support or cushion in A$C seats and I mounted them right to the floor so no adjustment.
The glass floor is about 1/4 to 3/8" thick.
Maybe others will chime in from A$C forum

Yes the floors are very thick. You would never pull through the fiberglass floor. 3" washers
