Enough already !!! You two go to your respective garages and sit in your cobra until you can be civil

Suffice it to say that there are several ways to lessen the potential for flat spotting, such as rolling a vehicle so that it alternately rests on different sections of the tire, placing the car up on jacks so that the tires are suspended, increasing the tire pressure (remember to decrease the tire pressure before driving again), etc. If you have serious race tires and you are living in a northern climate you may even want to remove the tires and place them in a heated area, as some race tires recommend that you do not let the tires freeze as it may compromise future performance.
