The system is fairly simple. It uses LS1 coils (1 coil per cylinder) and a MSD 6010 ignition box. Since chevy and fords have the same firing order it made things fairly simple to convert over. The crank and cam sensors are also Ls1 which means when they fail you can goto any local auto store to replace it. One of the problems with other designs was the fact that they used the ugly converted distributors or poor Chinese cast pop-aluminum. My distributor uses a full solid 1" bronze bushings for support and CNC cut 6061 T6 aluminum. I wanted to create something that would not only out perform all other ignitions, but also be worthy of show car quality. Since it uses the MSD 6010 ignition box, you have a complete programmable timing curve, and optional MAP sensor timing for vac. or boost. The reluctor (trigger wheel) is also small and compact at only 3.5" diameter so it doesnt interfere with the alternator or power steering system. I will post some new photos this weekend.
