Andrew, I purchased some 'Remflex' 3000 degree Fahrenheit gasket sheet from Eagle Auto Spares in Dandenong. $85 for 6" x 24".

Cut them out with a scalpel and utility knife. Just be super careful not to bend the material as it will break.
