Hi Guy, An instructor we had once at a NSW club day at Wakefield told us to pump front and back up to 40psi and adjust down from there. This was when the majority of cars were on 15's.
Without going back through your thread to find out, if you're running S/T's I assume they're 15" and rear's maybe 295/50. I was running 265/50-15 and found I kept them between 36-40 psi. I used to run 24 on the road and that was hopeless on the track.
