OK I'll admit it. I want to grow up and be like Evan.

I remember looking at buying a house in a development. And the developer couldn't sell any of the houses. Their market was nonexistent. So, I went back a few weeks later only to discover that the developer had raised prices. I asked the salesperson why they raised prices when they couldn't sell any homes prior to the sales price increase. The salesperson responded by saying that the developer felt that if they couldn't sell them for the lower price why not sell them for more and still not sell them.

It looks like Evan has adopted this pricing strategy. Instead of asking $229,000, Evan INCREASED the asking price to $249,000. Of course, there's still a hint of the lower price near the bottom of the ad, where he has listed both prices.

Is Evan sticking his tongue out at me/us? Right back at ya.
