I'm not 100% sure, but we both used Stewart Hall of Hall Fabrication & Racing to build our cars. And what he did for the gas cap leakage issue was create/fabricate/install a 2nd cap that threaded underneath the exterior cap. Stewart may done the exact same thing with the dry sump tank's
oil filter cap.
