Probably, only I did not use the larger, bottom heat shield, just the heat shields between the two gaskets. Worked on everything, even the 427 Tunnelport powered ERA (188) with twin 600's on it and the old style radiator. Before their installation it was a nightmare to drive in any temps above 80.....Afterwards, I could drive it in temps of 100 with high humidity and not have the fuel boil in the bowls.
