If you want to make the body an easy drop on, 2 person fit without flexing anything then remove the front extension panels and remove the door hinges from the chassis. The body just drops onto the chassis without any stress.

We don't fit the radiator, etc, until the body is fitted and the front extension panels are aligned to the body mounts and front overrider/bumper mounts are in place. That way when you fit the radiator, etc, you are not accidentally pushing those panels out of alignment as those chassis front extension panels are fully supported by the body mounts, etc.
