This is the Garmin Bean Bag Mount that I use with my Garmin unit.
This is the mount that I ordered and cut off the tube and ball. That lever on the back lets the mounting unit slide out.
This is the Go Pro Helmet mount stuck to the Garmin base that slides out.
Anmd this is the Go Pro mount slid into the Garmin base. You can swivel it 360 degrees and lock it in any position. The base is heavy and has a rubbery type bottom so it will stay on anything. I put it on the dash of the coupe which is slickl and it never moves.
