How much force is required here? I'm turning pretty hard, to the point where it feels like I could do damage and I don't want to give it much extra.
Do I need a tool?
When you say jam to tighten, are you talking about the plastic and the chrome collar? These squeeze together?
It appears to look like its just screwed on but that the tight position is 90 degrees out off.
