Some time ago I promised to post photos of my remote
oil adapter compared to the cheapo cast units that are available. I originally purchased a cast unit, but upon inspection I decided I could do a better job. The main things that I did not like with the cast unit was the high porosity of the casting, and the fact that the ports did not come close to aligning with the holes in the block thus forcing the
oil to make several sharp bends, etc.
