I absolutely agree.
Denbeste now owns the Shelby Engine company, so if they did the final build you're good to go.
I think all of the questions about "is it worth the cost of the trip to inspect the vehicle personally" have been answered. The answer is you should be looking at airline tickets. I don't know how long they've had the car but you might want to put a small (refundable) deposit to hold it until you get a chance to look in person.
