with a name like shipwreck (seller) I wonder if it came out of a boat?

The internals sure look dark for a rebuilt car with no running time.
Like the spraypaint overspray on the crank and bearing cap/bolts.

Almost gummy looking inside? Would a hot tank have cleaned that all up?
