It sounds well planned out and very well equipped. I'm not a fan of deep OD ratios but then I have a Toploader. I don't recall the TKO600 first gear ration, but you might take a look at a 3.31 rear with the .82 OD and see if it's an option for a little more relaxed cruising with a gear box with 5 close ratios.
I would get the HD radiator for peace of mind.
