I think I remember you (Mikiec) on your back under your car on a hot Route 66 day changing out a battery that was 18 years old.
Ha! it does cost money but I always am thinking ahead for crap to break so I pretty much replaced everything under the car since new plus carb, lines, fuel related stuff and always tires after about 12,000 miles.
Can you imagine changing out a tire in this weather or sitting there roasting under the hardtop
