Back in the day when I was racing SCCA E/P , every tech sticker on my rollbar from 1965 through `71 was white with black printing .
This was at VIR , Marlboro , Cumberland , Road Atlanta , Reading and Pocono tracks .
Can`t speak for other regions or earlier than that . However , when I got the car in 1965 , it had previous tech stickers on it that were also white background with black printing .
