It's .030 over and he says no cracks. I think I would ask how they know it could safely handle that overbore and that there are no cracks and see if his response includes the words "sonic" and "magnafluxing" in it.

But, if it is what he says it is - no way to build a motor close to that for the money.

Those carbs are probably worth a lot.
