Well said PW!!!! I found that shot quite depressing actually.
I'm waiting for someone to bust out!
Have a look at what's available in the
House Of Kolor catalogue! Our cars don't have to be constrained by what might be described as acceptable or historic colours. Some of the light pastels on offer today look fantastic, or perhaps a moody darkish green (regarded as unsafe by road safety authorities, I know) might be more your thing. Or something in two-tone?
Might I one day see one with HOK light apricot with red upholstery and wheels? Or a HOK spearmint with dark green wheels and interior? Or have we been mentally dulled by the endless streams of SUVs in their sad and funereal black grey silver white paint jobs that clog our streets daily? Are we similarly afraid to challenge the status quo and break from our "safe" red blue grey white?
And .... ever noticed how car manufacturers use brightly coloured cars in their advertising yet have only the dull and boring colours in their dealers' showrooms?
I miss Ballsy's yellow one. Whatever happened to being adventurous and colourful?
