Court Hearing Set for Day Cobra CSX2000 Hits the Auction Block - King Cobra Lounge - King Cobra Forum - " ...a restraining order/injunction hearing is now set for that same day, 19 August @ 8:30 AM in Los Angeles, Calf. due to a lawsuit filed by Mrs. Cleo Shelby.
In relation to the same case, in court filings and IRS records, part of Mrs. Cleo Shelby's lawsuit demands to know why alleged large amounts of money are being spent from the foundation's coffers while an extremely small amount is being spent on charitable causes - the reason of the foundation's existence."
