To me, we all share the same passion for these cars. Which replica you own and drive is moot, they are ALL great, and being enjoyed by their owners. Ragging on another replica? Makes zero sense to me. Live and let live. And I love GT350 clones too.....no fear of ruining a real one while actually ENJOYING it? That's BADASS!
Don't hate, just help spread the gospel.....

I'll add you to the short list, actually now that I think back way back when, there were 2 or 3 owners that were really nice guys, but that is out of at least 30 owners I've met and talked to........
As to everything else you said I agree 100%....I can't afford the real thing (65 GT-350), and likely never will,so I did what I could afford, built my own (back in 1995) and drive it/race it and show it sometimes and don't worry about road rash or paint chips....
My first introduction to the Superformance cars was back in the early 90's (I think, not sure of the year) when a buddy bought one, don't remember the # but it was a low number....I spent two weekends with him in his shop shoehorning a 428/toploader in that car......it was a beautiful car, too bad he drove less than 100 miles a year and never really enjoyed it, then he traded it off for another car......
Like I said earlier, I like the cars, just don't care for some of the owners and their attitude........
