My boys and dad made the trek to Lake City Iowa a couple of weeks ago to build our car to a roller stage. Jason met us on a Saturday in stifling heat and we put a full day in installing the rear suspension, front suspension, steering rack, and front and rear brakes. It was a blast, my boys got to learn about cars (which is how I sold this project to my wife

) and my dad had a blast. It was a lot of fun and the Hurricane folks are just awesome to work with making the process even more enjoyable.
The first two pictures are of the finished frame on the jig and our body right out of the mold.
Notice the tight mold lines and their locations...should make body work easier.

Chase putting on the upper control arms.
Levi and Chase (Levi 10, Chase 7) are assembling the rear differential with my dad carefully watching over.

Front end assembled.
