Your local bodyshop should be able to fill the holes and add touch up paint (properly dried then wet sanded) for a seamless, or almost seamless match. When I had my body shop, I did this several times with non metallic paint jobs, all of my customers were quite happy with the repair. Figure less than $200-$250 for the repair, unless they want to "blend" paint for some strange reason.
