RBgray is right. Posting in the CRII forum will get you the attention of the CRII owners more directly.

Regarding door latches mine are located behind the seat back on the quarter panel. I am ok with it but I do have to explain to my quest riders how to open the door. Pictures in my gallery. Click on the little camera icon in the upper right hand corner to access.
