Thanks Dan. Yes you're right - the pic shows the assembly works neatly and logically on a LHD car. Beginning to wish I had gone LHD, as I don't think it makes that much difference if you are open-top driving, but my levels of authenticity obsession weren't at their current peak back then. Its a mess on a RHD car, as the gas pedal is still designed for your right foot, but now sits on the outer RHS position of the footbox.
