Does anybody have an old Jag manual that has information on how to rebuild the stub axles (quarter shafts that go into the carrier)? I tore one apart and I see they have shims between the tapered roller bearings. I am not sure if they run some type of preload.

I was going to buy the service manual, but if the info is not in there, that would be $100 down the drain. Hoping somebody might have one to check.
