Hi Guys, I will be watching this thread with strong interest to see some of the great ideas on offer.

Overall I'm quite happy with how the Nationals ran this year (sometimes under very challenging weather circumstances).

I'm very proud of our strong team (Race Committee) that organise all aspects of the event and also our volunteers that help the weekend run safely and smoothly.

The issue we seem to be having is the reducing entrant interest. Anything we do needs to spike entrant interest and motivate Cobra (Daytona/GT40 etc) owners to bring their car out of the garage, enter the event and come to the track.

This interest can be spiked in different ways:
Pricing
Track event choices
Changes in event formats
Addition of events/interests off the track

Keep in mind though, making massive changes to the event format/structure is a very risky strategy if we go in the wrong direction.
