Perhaps the easiest center section to use is the 8.8 Ford IRS and this unit will slide right in. There are no clutch packs and no preload. Everything is done with gears and the driving experience is like no other.

Totally agree with you Ed,
I have a Wavetrac diff centre in my GT40TT transaxle and the way it puts the power down is different and much better than any other diff centre in any my other cars, so much so that if I push the GT40TT really hard at around 100ks in second gear it will spin the wheels (regardless of what diff centre) but the Wavetrac ensures that the car still drives dead straight and does not loose the tail even at those speeds.. granted it is a mid mount engine but it is a truly brilliant driving experience compared to an open wheel diff..
