I'v been seriously thinking of this combination. There's a lot of things I like about this trans.

I'm not sure how much power it will hold. All of the supercharger kits say for a manual trans only. You can get beefed up versions for serious power or racing; but they're not cheap at $5K.

Control doesn't look too difficult. Ford now has a power pack that works with the 6R80. And TCI also has a controller that plugs in to the older Ford power pack. The TCI controller also works with their paddle shifter, which is kinda cool (but danged expensive!)

The big swap issue is the shifter. It's pretty tall to fit in the stock console. The only aftermarket part I could find also fits in the factory console. I'm not sure how that would fit in a Cobra.

Ford has been selling a complete package with a Coyote, T-56, and the appropriate power pack. Recently the started selling a similar kit with the 6R80, but I can't find much info about it. What little I did find didn't say anything about a shifter.
