You may need to go back and read their website a little closer. What they are saying is that the lug nuts use a spline drive socket to secure them - instead of a standard hex socket like most lug nuts use. I assume that is due to the close clearances required by the many spokes. They do not use splined hubs.

However, they have been posted about here before and they are a decent looking replica-style wheel.
