Easiest would be to do all 4 wheels right up to the tire. The easiest removal will be on the rim section, and I figure it will be easier to remove than to tape off. Do one side exposing the rim and the other side of the car black to the tire. Drive around for a while gathering your thoughts and opinions if you wish. You will soon enough know which one you like better.
