I've been in contact with Donna Leek of Professional Registration Services based in Grass Valley, CA. I spoke with her and traded emails. I was impressed with her knowledge of CA registration, SB100 and professionalism, and her services definitely might makes sense for those of us with limited time and tolerance of bureaucracy. She charges $500 to walk through an SB100 registration, and $275 for a more straight forward registration for a used kit car with a 1965 or earlier out of state title.
