European rules are tough.
Very specific and to 60's standard.
Why do the Chevy guys always try to get s bow tie in these cars?
A stock Kirkham does not pass by itself guessing a 327 would not make it closer in tech.
"false" is my vote based on cars leaving the US I have seen getting prepped for Europe.
