Wow, I must have been lucky. When I took in my Superformance which had a Superformance vin # SP01400 which was also on the Minnesota title. They just looked at the SPO1400 that was stamped on the frame and saw that it matched the Minnesota title and just gave me a yellow NY vin sticker. You also will have to have a money order to pay for the inspection. I do not remember how much it was but the post office was just down the street.
