but the difference with this car are two things:
- FIA-HTP papers (very hard to achieve for replicas)
- Goodwood-Invitation (that makes every car more worth in europe)
and btw, i think continuation car ist the better term for this kind of cars, like the cars mentioned in this thread: jaguar xkss, the aston db4gt, the ac cobra 260 legacy or the lister knobbly...

It's still a replica, made 50 years later, but it can be raced at Goodwood. Meh, Goodwood means nothing to me. We have the Monterey Historics at Laguna Seca, it's just a week where they race cars around the track. And they have a few car shows, dinners with special guests and rallyes like the Concorso.
Is it worth more than your standard CSX7000, sure, but $200,000+ more? Nope. I assume the next Tom, Dick or Harry can get "papers" for their CSX7000.
