Makes sense the pre-85 option, but as far as building a Kirkham for less, I'm not so sure...
Just thinking out loud:
Bare minimum outlay for Kirkham with an FE (& NO other options as per their website): About $150K USD ($200K AUD)
Then you've got to ship it and pay the duty on that... kind of puts it around the same price mark as a Kirkham without a cammer, No?
Or am I missing something?
