Maybe put it on jack stands and turn the wheels and see if you can find the source of the noise.

I had a squeak too and it turned out to the the stone shield for the rear disc rotors had been bent and was just touching the rotors. Sounded like a dry bearing squeak noise.

Hope you find it and it turns out to be a simple fix. Cheers Gregg
