Thanks everyone. Talked with an engine builder and he said what everyone mentioned here - the block and heads are mmeant for very high rpm's (8000). For the street, the engine would get beat by a Honda Civic on Nitrous. It requires a huge roller cam (.800+ lift) and high compression (14:1+) in order to work correctly.
