I'm removing the fuel tank but have been unsuccessful in the "snaking it out the left side first" procedure described in the manual. It seems I might need to remove the trunk lid and support? There's no mention of it in the manual. I was hoping not to, i don't want to mess with the alignment.

Also, looks like a new sender gasket is in order. I couldn't find a sender part number in the manual.
