You need to use a rivet gun or an air hammer... place against the backside of wheel and pull the trigger enough to get the rivet gun/air hammer going... Turn the wheel while doing this... Basically you will be vibrating it off.... Only apply enough air pressure to make the gun work.. it will take a little time but by vibrating it lightly and rotating it to apply the pressure all around the wheel it will come off...
