Troy,

When that has occurred with me I have used similar methods as stated above and in addition you can hit the front side of the tire as well and alternate between front and back. PB Blaster or WD-40 can help as well.

when you do get it off make sure to clean up the drive pins with some light steel wool to remove any corrosion that is there. Good luck, it sure is a pain when that happens.
