I seem to recall that your balancer should shoot for .012 or smaller for your combined wheel/tire runout. Anything bigger can cause problems for our cars.
Mine ended up with one at .012 and the other couldn't get any better than .015. Got rid of that damned vibration, so I'm happy.
And don't worry about running 20 lbs.of pressure in your front tires. The SPF manual recommends 18 lbs. for regular driving and 20-22 lbs. for sustained hiway driving.
